  2. Approval of the Agenda Packet and Minutes from the March 13, 2024 meeting – motion to approve by Adam Anderson, second by Ray logan. Motion carried.
  3. Meeting Advantage Program Application Review
  4. District 84 Toastmasters, Annual Conference and Business Meeting Verified Request Amount: $4,102.20  May 17-19, 2024  Lodging & Conference Location: Hilton University of Florida Conference Center (1714 SW 34th St.)  129 room nights - Motion to approve by Adam Anderson, second by Staci Bertrand.  Motion carried.

 

  1. University of Florida's Veterinary Forensic Sciences Laboratory, 2024 Animal Forensic Investigations Conference  Verified Request Amount: $4,172.00  May 20-22, 2024  Lodging & Conference Location:  Hilton University of Florida Conference Center (1714 SW 34th St.)

140 room nights – Motion to approve by Adam Anderson, second by Ray Logan.  Motion carried.

 

  1. Upper Room Ministries of Greater Gainesville, 2024 AIM Convention  Verified Request Amount: $2,322.00  June 11 – 14, 2024  Conference Location: Upper Room Ministries (3575 NE 15th St.)  Lodging Location: Drury Inn & Suites (4000 SW 40th Blvd)  90 room nights – Motion to approve by Staci Bertrand, second by Adam Anderson.  Motion carried. 
  2. Association of Florida Conservation Districts, Southeast National Association of Conservation Districts Region Meeting  Verified Request Amount: $10,000.00

June 15 – 18, 2024  Lodging & Conference Location: Hilton University of Florida Conference Center (1714 SW 34th St.)  525 room nights – Motion to approve by Ray Logan, second by Staci Bertrand.  Motion carried.

 

  1. Girls Can Do IT Too, Inc, Girls Can Do IT Too Summit  Verified Request Amount: $10,000.00

June 2 – 4, 2024  Lodging & Conference Location: Hotel Indigo at Celebration Pointe (5020 SW 30th Ln.)

200 room nights – Motion to approve by Adam Anderson, second by Staci Bertrand.  Motion carried.
