David Ruiz made several suggestions to increase art tag sales as this is the long-standing funding source for art tag grants.  The consensus was to explore avenues to re-fresh the art tag license plate at the State level; ask Communications to refresh and re-post the Art Tag video on the County's social media sites; reach out to "The Greater Good" as a WUFT segment; and advertise a Call for Content wherein local artists submit their photos/videos for inclusion in marketing/promotional materials.  This will be added to our next agenda for further discussion.

A contract is required between the City and County before the project can proceed.  The City offered to take the lead on drafting the contract.

One sculpture is planned to be installed in early spring 2024 and the other by the end of 2024.

Carol Velasques Richardson made a motion to approve the 2023 Annual Work Plan & Accomplishments Report as revised; David Ruiz second; unanimous approval; motion carried.

A "Call for Presentations" will be advertised for 30 minute sessions.

Carol Velasques Richardson and Stephanie Silberman offered to share recent conference evaluations for review/discussion at our November 6 meeting.

David Ruiz made a motion to approve the agenda as presented; Carol Velasques Richardson second; unanimous approval; motion carried.

David Ruiz made a motion to approve the September 11 minutes as presented; Stephanie Silberman second; unanimous approval; motion carried.
