Commissioner Cornell stated he received an email from former representative Debbie Boyd on behalf of the city of Newberry asking for a letter to be written to the governor in favor of supporting the Newberry memorial project.

Commissioner Cornell moved that staff draft the chair letter in support of the Newberry Memorial Project and the Board signs it.

2nd Commissioner Wheeler

The motion carried 5-0.

Commissioner Prizzia stated she recently visited a renovation project that has a bay window and inspection staff considered each one a wall and required the owners to have a outlet on each. Commissioner would like the Board to review it to know what is considered a room or wall. Possibly having a size limitation of the walls, or a discussion with the inspector.

Commissioner Wheeler stated she would like the commissioners to visit Lynn shell at phase 3 off Hawthorne Road when they get a chance to see what the business has to offer the community. It's a nice spot for the older community, offers great music and entertainment.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
